The third and fifth Sundays are by intinction. Participants
receive the bread and dip it into the cup. On these Sundays we use a more
contemporary liturgy. One of them, O the Joy, was written by our own
Gregory
Berg, Minister of Music, to celebrate our centennial in 1998.
During special seasons such as Advent, Lent, or Easter, we may
celebrate communion weekly.
Communion is available in the pew for those who are unable to
walk to the altar. It is also available to shut-in members.
Northwestern Campus has
one Sunday morning service at 9:00 AM
We celebrate Holy Communion every Sunday. Communion is
